John Pateros is the developer of Process Coaching and the Anodyne Awareness trainings. He is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner, NLP Trainer, and Hypnotherapy Instructor and a developer of hypnosis and NLP processes. John is the Director of New Hypnosis Institute and a hypnotherapy trainer and school director since 1988. He has produced and delivered numerous hypnosis, hypnotherapy and NLP trainings for professionals and lay persons.

John also has an extensive background in metaphysics, shamanism, transpersonal psychology, somatic awareness, psychic energy techniques and Right Use of Will. The broad range of his studies and practices combined with his professional experience and training has guided him as an innovator of the new hypnosis and the developer of Process Coaching.
